Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
PROVENZA MBS, SA is the CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?
Depending on the form where we obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:
In the Reservations form:
∙ To formalize reservations at the controller’s establishment (for the execution of a contract or pre-contract, 6.1.b GDPR).
∙ To send commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, to customers, enabling commercial communications related to products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer (Art. 21.2 LSSI) (for the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements that mandate their retention. When no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No personal data will be shared with third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, with our communication service providers, with whom PROVENZA MBS, SA has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
∙ The right to withdraw consent at any time.
∙ The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, as well as limitation or objection to their processing.
∙ The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to fulfill their request by the provider. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to PROVENZA MBS, SA are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
PROVENZA MBS, SA informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.

In compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, PROVENZA MBS, SA is adhering to all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
PROVENZA MBS, SA guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated adequate information to enable them to exercise these rights.
