What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Is there a 24-hour reception service?

Our reception is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Additionally, a security guard is present at the reception desk during the night from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We also provide a 24-hour emergency phone service. This means someone will always be available to assist you.

Can I store my luggage before or after check-in/out?

If your apartment isn’t ready before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or if you have a late departure on your check-out day, you can store your luggage at reception during the day.

Is early check-in possible?

Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. However, if the apartment is ready before that time, we’d be happy to offer you early check-in. If not, we’ll gladly store your luggage at reception while you explore the city.

Is late check-out possible?

Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out due to high occupancy and the need to prepare the apartments for incoming guests.

Does the reservation include cleaning service?

Cleaning is included for stays of 5 days or longer, with one scheduled cleaning for every 5-day period. If you’d like additional cleaning services, you can request them for an extra fee: Basic Cleaning: €50.00 (includes tidying up the apartment and towel replacement). Full Cleaning: €75.00 (includes deep cleaning, towel replacement, and bed linen change). Note: If you book directly through our website, you’ll receive a 30% discount on these additional cleaning services.

Is there a dining room or restaurant in the building?

No, the building does not have a dining room or restaurant. However, the area offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés, and we’d be happy to recommend some nearby options.

Are linens and towels included?

Yes, bed linens and towels are included in your reservation. However, they are only replaced during scheduled cleanings, depending on the length of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Is a security deposit required upon arrival?

Yes, a security deposit of €250 is required. This is processed as a pre-authorization on a credit card and will be released at the end of your stay, provided the accommodation rules are followed.

What are the apartment rules?

Specific apartment rules will be communicated during check-in and are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Please follow these rules to secure the refund of your security deposit. These rules include: No smoking in the apartments. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Avoid damaging the apartment. Remove trash before departure and do not leave dirty dishes or other items.

Who pays the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is mandatory for guests aged 17 and older. It is calculated per night and per person.
